Joy and Gyms

Hey guys! Long time no see :P I've had a lot of hours at work since deciding to take this summer off. It's been nice to spend some time at home. And to sweat over more than just essays. Yep, I'm talking about exercise!

So this is my input on picking a gym while in the internship. Solely because it's been on the facebook page and I needed to get back to blogging xD

FIRST THING TO REMEMBER: Either pay monthly or make sure to pick a membership that only lasts the amount of time you plan on spending in Anaheim! You do not want to keep paying for a membership once you get back home!

See the picture above? That is called a map. I picked three locations. 1: My boyfriend's home. 2: Where our apartments will be and 3: The place I plan on shopping the most Trader Joes.

You might put Disneyland or Company D or wherever you decide to do most of your grocery shopping. I did this because I am one of those kinds of people that likes to get into the car once and that's that. If my gym is near to the places I will most likely to be on my days off then I will be more likely to go there. See the logic?

Note that there is a gym in the building and if I could find the one video on the whole internet of it then I'd post it lol but I'm having a hard time finding it. Either way, it's rather small. And some of you have expressed interests in classes. Take into account, also, that there are near by parks for running and playing in. And what kind of exercise you like. For example, I prefer rock-climbing gyms because it's something that I find fun. I prefer sports/games to repetitions. But I also enjoy yoga, so finding a gym with a simple wall or bringing along my Biggest Loser Yoga DVD might also be an option.

Take into account all of your needs and LOOK AT REVIEWS on Yelp and Yahoo to help you come to your conclusion :)

Have a magical day!
